Laurence has coached several players to national standard. He coached Ben Quilter (London 2012 Paralympic bronze medallist and 2010 -60kg VI World Champion) until he was age 16. As well as coaching the junior classes, Laurence is coach for the Sussex visually impaired players and for the Fighting Chance Scheme.
